Fast food

Fast food has become very popular because of its convenience and its taste. However, it is not Good for our health. Most fast food has unhealthy fats, sugar and too much salt. Eating this food can produce many health problems. Why?

Eating too much fast food can increase colesterol levels, and this raises the risk off heart diseases. Moreover, fast food is usually low in essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and fibre, which are important for our bodies to function properly. Consuming fast food frequently can also casuse weight gain and obesity because of the calories. Furthermore, it can produce other health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure or joint pain.

In conclusion, while fast food might be tasty and quick to eat, we should note at too much and we should have healthier options like fruit, vegetables and home-cooked meals.
